How do I order magnets with my photos on them?
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Upload your photos: Choose your photos from Instagram or camera roll and upload them in our custom magnets page.
2. Crop your photos: Use the edit button to crop your photos that will feature on your magnet.
3. Place your order: Proceed to checkout and we will start processing your order as soon as possible!
I already ordered. Can I change my photo?
It depends!
Please email us at hello@magnetito.ca
If your order has not been processed yet, then yes, we can change your photo.
Otherwise, please submit a new order on our custom magnets page.
Can I return or exchange a magnet?
Due to the personalized nature of our magnets, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
What photos can I order?
You can upload any photo that you wish.
However, Magnetito reserves the right to cancel orders that are deemed abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, offensive, or any references of a criminal nature.
What are the magnet dimensions?
The Magnetito magnets are 5cm x 5cm (2 inch by 2 inch). They are about 3mm thick (1/8 inch).
